Supporting Recovery Through a Personalised Telehealth Approach
Recovery can be influenced by many factors, including the type of injury, age of the injury, pain levels, inflammation, sleep quality, medical history, current medications and overall physical condition.
Our injury repair and recovery pathway is designed for individuals seeking support with recovery goals, physical wellbeing and a better understanding of their current symptoms. Through telehealth, our clinical team can review your health background, injury history and current concerns to determine whether a consultation may be appropriate.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on understanding the broader picture of your recovery. This may include your current level of fitness, the type and age of your injury, pain or inflammation, previous surgery, current pain relief medication and whether the injury is affecting sleep or daily function.
From there, a qualified healthcare practitioner can assess suitability and discuss appropriate next steps in a safe, informed and clinically responsible way.
